With the exhibition 16UP - 38CC Anniversary Show, Exhibition Space 38CC celebrates its 16th anniversary. An exhibition that not only looks back, but also looks to the future. Started in 2008 as a small artist initiative, 38CC has grown into a still developing exhibition space with a solid local base and a national appeal. In the coming years we will implement our new program: the Museum of As If. In this, the role of fiction in art, science and society is highlighted with exhibitions and activities. On the occasion of our 16th anniversary, 16 international artists have been selected, very appropriately, who portray this concept in an original and diverse way. With their fiction-infused realities, they sharpen our view and encourage wonder or contemplation. Not to escape reality, but to create space within which reality can be questioned.
