Wateringsevest 3, Delft
Exhibition space 38CC started in 2008 in the Bacinol building, on the Wateringsevest. Bacinol has been a so-called breeding ground for the creative industry since 2001 with artist studios and an exhibition space. 38CC was able to program five exhibitions until the building had to be evacuated in 2009. It has been demolished due to the construction of the railway tunnel.
2009-2018
Hooikade 13, Delft
In the summer of 2009 the company moved to the former office of the firm Braat on the Hooikade, which was christened Bacinol 2. The building is a national monument, built in the style of Business Expressionism after a 1932 design by architect J. de Bie Leuveling Tjeenk.
