Wonder about the everyday, that is what the summer exhibition Bobbi's Summer School: From Time to Time in Exhibition Space 38CC is all about. The exhibition features work by young aspiring artists who are inspired by everyday things and situations around us that are often overlooked. The participating artists are Bobbi Cleij, Ramon Davey de Gier, Shanna Huijbregts, Jan Janssens, Kamiel Scholten and Esra Westerburgen. They not only exhibit their own work, but also organize special activities for Delft young people during this holiday period. The young Delft artist Bobbi Cleij has been invited by 38CC as curator of the first edition of the Summer School. The participating artists have been selected by her from responses to a previously issued Open Call, for recently graduated talent. With this program, 38CC wants to offer space to young and novice artists. The artists, including Bobbi herself, show recognizable moments and objects in their work and use them to tell a story about the everyday.
