"Looking and being viewed: that's what the coming exhibition is all about. And about place and perception, about space and architecture. Under the title On Sight, 38CC presents three (inter) nationally renowned artists with totally divergent work: Caroline Van den Eynden (BE) , Inez de Brauw (NL) and Sebastian Diaz Morales (AR) Despite the differences, their art touches and reinforces each other in an unusual and surprising way. Van den Eynden has created a new installation especially for the 38CC space, which she combines with small sculptures that are reminiscent of models. De Brauw also uses an architectural visual language. With her monumental monochrome paintings of interiors, she was nominated for the Royal Prize for Painting in 2018.
